2️⃣ Service Agreement

All services are delivered through written contracts defining duties and payment terms.

3️⃣ Guard Discipline

All guards follow company standards, uniforms, and site-specific protocols.

4️⃣ Client Responsibility

Clients must provide safe working conditions and necessary site support to deployed guards.

5️⃣ Payment Terms

Payments should be made as per agreement. Late payments may attract a service delay.

6️⃣ Liability

We ensure safety with full responsibility but are not liable for indirect or external damages.

7️⃣ Privacy & Data

All client data, CCTV footage, and communication are kept confidential and secure.

8️⃣ Termination

Either party can end the contract with 30-day written notice or due to breach of terms.

9️⃣ Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
